Bitzo operates on a non-custodial basis. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or cryptocurrency funds. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your digital assets.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) not use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
