How the programme works

  1. Apply. Tell us about your firm and your client base.
  2. Verification. We verify your firm (Companies House, FCA Register where applicable).
  3. Onboarding. You receive a unique partner referral code and access to the Partner Suite.
  4. Refer clients. Use your link or code. Referrals are tracked for 90 days.
  5. We deliver. Bitzo runs the discovery, architecture, verification, documentation, and ongoing review.
  6. You earn. Tiered commission on subscription revenue, paid on a defined schedule.

Common questions

Do I need crypto expertise to refer clients?

No. The Partner Suite includes plain-language wording you can use to introduce Bitzo without claiming crypto expertise yourself.

Is this regulated advice?

No. Referring a client to an operational coordination service is not regulated advice. Bitzo does not provide regulated advice either.

How is commission calculated?

Tiered from 10% to 20% of a referred client's net subscription revenue. Your rate is set by the number of your referred clients whose subscriptions are currently active:

  • 1 to 3 clients: 10%
  • 4 to 10 clients: 12.5%
  • 11 to 25 clients: 15%
  • 26+ clients: 20%

Each commission is held for 60 days before payout; if the client's subscription lapses within that window the commission for that period is forfeited. Released commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer. Full terms are set out in the Partner Agreement.

What could I earn?

Commission is a share of each referred client's subscription, recurring every month they stay. At current prices, a Core Continuity subscription (£19/mo) earns you £1.90 to £3.80/mo, Continuity Plus (£49/mo) earns £4.90 to £9.80/mo, and Private Client (£149/mo) earns £14.90 to £29.80/mo, depending on your tier.

How do I handle referral commission with my client?

ICAEW, ACCA and SRA rules generally require you to disclose referral commission to your client, and often to obtain consent. We provide a ready-to-use client disclosure letter template. If your firm cannot retain commission, you can waive it and we will credit the equivalent value to your client's subscription instead. See your professional obligations and the Partner Agreement.
