Pricing: Crypto Security & Inheritance Plans (UK)

Three plans, all UK-based, all non-custodial — Bitzo never holds your keys, seed phrases, or funds. Choose the level of support that matches your situation. Monthly or annual billing (yearly is discounted). Recovery execution fees only apply if a recovery event is actually triggered.

Which plan is right for you?

  • Core Continuity (£19/month) — if you hold crypto in one or two wallets and you mainly want a documented recovery path so your family or executor can act if something happens to you.
  • Continuity Plus (£49/month) — Most popular — if your situation changes more often (new wallets, new contacts, life events) and you want more frequent reviews plus priority support.
  • Private Client (£149/month) — if you have complex holdings (multisig, multiple platforms, multi-jurisdiction), need a named specialist, or want hands-on coordination with your IFA, solicitor, accountant, or family office.

Core Continuity — £19 per month

For individuals with straightforward holdings who want a documented, audit-ready recovery plan without ongoing complexity.

  • Client Portal access — your secure dashboard for the Policy Pack, contacts, documents, and activity history.
  • Live, versioned Policy Pack — the plain-language reference your executor or family will use; updated automatically when you make changes.
  • Trusted contacts with email ownership confirmation — verified people who can act if something happens to you.
  • Automated review prompts every 4–6 months — Bitzo nudges you to check your plan is still current.
  • One scheduled review per year (remote) — a Bitzo specialist walks through your plan with you.
  • Recovery activation pathway with audit trail — the workflow your family or executor follows, with every step logged.

Continuity Plus — £49 per month — Most popular

For people whose situation changes more often, and for anyone who wants more frequent check-ins and priority support.

  • Everything in Core Continuity.
  • Two scheduled reviews per year (instead of one) — twice as much human contact to keep your plan fresh.
  • Priority scheduling for support — front of the queue when you contact us.
  • Additional document pack versions — flexibility to maintain multiple Policy Pack variants for different scenarios.
  • Extended contact verification options — more rigorous identity checks for trusted contacts (recorded calls, additional document verification).

Private Client — £149 per month

For HNW individuals, family offices, and complex setups requiring a named specialist and full coordination with your professional advisers.

  • Everything in Continuity Plus.
  • Named specialist coordinator — one Bitzo person who knows your situation in detail and is your direct point of contact.
  • Guided setup sessions (remote or in-person) — we walk you through every step rather than leaving you to self-serve.
  • Executor and solicitor briefing call included — so the people who matter know how the plan works before they ever need it.
  • Complex structure support — multisig wallets, multiple wallets, mixed platforms (hardware, exchange, cold storage), multi-jurisdiction holdings.

What is included in every plan

  • Initial setup and architecture review.
  • Creation of the Policy Pack (your plain-language recovery reference).
  • Contact verification and ongoing audit trail.
  • The first recovery rehearsal.
  • Bitzo never holds keys, seed phrases, or any client asset.
  • UK-based team. No regulated financial, legal, or tax advice given.

What about recovery execution fees?

Your monthly subscription covers setup, documentation, contacts, reviews, and the recovery pathway. If a recovery event is actually triggered (for example, by an executor following a death), separate execution fees apply at that point. The subscription is what keeps your plan ready; execution fees only apply when the plan is actually used.

Common questions

Do you take custody of any crypto?

No. Bitzo is non-custodial. We never hold keys, seed phrases, or any client asset. The price covers coordination, documentation, and verification — not custody.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can change plan level at renewal — upgrade if your situation grows more complex, or step down if it gets simpler.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes — annual billing is discounted. Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle on the pricing page to see annual prices.

What payment methods do you accept?

UK card payments via Stripe, on monthly or annual billing.

Do you provide regulated financial or tax advice?

No. Bitzo provides operational coordination only. Regulated advice should come from your IFA, solicitor, or accountant.

What if I need something bespoke (corporate treasury, family office, large multisig setups)?

Speak to us — we can scope a bespoke engagement above Private Client. Contact us here.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Your Policy Pack and audit trail remain accessible to you and your trusted contacts according to the terms agreed.
